QA Manager/SQF Practitioner
Required:
Bilingual English/Spanish
Bachelors degree
HACCP certification
Ensures compliance with SQF, Food Safety, customer, and regulatory requirements (including HACCP & Preventive Controls).
Develops, implements, validates, verifies, and maintains Food Safety Plans, Quality Plans and prerequisite programs.
Leads food safety programs including HACCP, Food Defense, Food Fraud, Recall, and Crisis Management.
Oversees supplier approval, raw material/ingredient/packaging approval, and product release/holds.
Manages audits (internal, customer, regulatory) and environmental monitoring programs.
Directs sanitation, SSOPs, GMP compliance, calibration, and facility cleanliness.
Oversees QA activities including inspections, line checks, product testing, CAPA, and continuous improvement.
Establishes and communicates food safety training programs and promotes a strong food safety culture.
